Vow Renewals
Some love stories deserve another chapter.
Maybe you've been married for five years. Maybe fifty.
Maybe you've weathered something difficult together. Maybe you've grown into people you couldn't have imagined when you first said “I do.”
Or maybe you simply want an excuse to celebrate the life you've built together.
Whatever brings you here, a vow renewal gives you the opportunity to look at where you've been, honor where you are, and make promises for where you're going.
You've chosen each other before. You can choose each other again.
Vow Renewal Ceremonies
Your story has changed.
Your ceremony can, too.
Every vow renewal is different. Some couples want a simple, intimate moment with just the two of them. Others want a full celebration with family, rewritten vows, rituals, and all the meaningful details.
Vow renewal ceremonies start at $300.
Your ceremony fee includes:
A personalized ceremony created around your relationship
A planning and consultation session
Guidance with writing or revisiting your vows
Coordination of ceremony elements and rituals
Officiating your ceremony
A keepsake copy of your ceremony
Need something more involved?
If your celebration includes additional planning, rehearsal, travel, or special ceremony elements, we'll talk through those details during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before booking.
A vow renewal is more than recreating your wedding day. It's a chance to pause, remember everything you've shared, and intentionally step into the years ahead together.
You don't have to recreate the day.
Your vow renewal doesn't need to look like your wedding—and it doesn't need to follow anyone else's idea of what a vow renewal “should” be.
Maybe you want to wear something beautiful and throw a party. Maybe you want your children beside you. Maybe it's just the two of you in a quiet place.
Maybe you want to use the vows you made years ago. Maybe you want to write completely new ones.
There is no expiration date on choosing each other.

Acknowledge the challenges you've faced and the strength it took to get here.
Add a symbolic ritual to represent your continued commitment.
Create space to honor loved ones who have shaped your story.
What Can Your Renewal Include?
This isn't about starting over. It's about honoring how far you've come.
Before I create your ceremony, I want to hear your story.
What has changed since you first said “I do”? What have you learned about each other? What have you survived, celebrated, laughed about, and grown through?
I'll take those pieces and create a ceremony that reflects the relationship you have now—not the relationship you had on your wedding day.

FAQ
Do we need to have been married a certain number of years?
No. There is no “right” amount of time to wait. If you're ready to celebrate your commitment, you're ready.
Do we have to repeat our original vows?
Not at all. You can revisit your original vows, write new ones, or combine the two.
Can our children or family participate?
Absolutely. Your renewal can include anyone who has become part of your story.
Can we have a handfasting ceremony?
Yes. Handfasting can be incorporated as a meaningful symbol of your continued commitment.
Can you officiate a vow renewal if you weren't our original officiant?
Absolutely. I don't need to have been there the first time to help you celebrate where you are now.
Can our vow renewal be private?
Absolutely. Your renewal can be an intimate moment with just the two of you or a larger celebration surrounded by family and friends.
Do you travel for vow renewals?
Travel beyond 30 miles from 55303 is charged at $0.75 per mile. Venues more than 100 miles away may also require additional costs for accommodations, meals, or other travel-related expenses.

Cristina originally planned her vow renewal on the North Shore. When an unexpected surgery made the trip impossible, the celebration moved to her backyard instead. We adapted the plans, created a ceremony around their story, and made the day happen where they were.
“Lindsay did incredible fusing my vows from my wedding with some background info of both myself and husband. She created just the perfect ceremony that resonated with me and my partner so much!”
